Law and Order! Where is the Order? We know that the monthly
tax-free housing allowance of $28,000.00 is not payable to the holder of the
Office of the President in the circumstances where appropriate accommodation is
provided for by the State. In this case, Trinidad and Tobago, in the event that
the adjudicators got the country under consideration incorrect.
We are now aware that the State of Trinidad and Tobago provides
adequate alternative accommodation to the holder of the Office of the President
at Flagstaff Hill.We are yet to know exactly what amount the State pays for
this accommodation. Or may be it is free!!! Anyway, that is besides the point!
The point is both is not provided, it is either the accommodation is provided
or the tax-free housing amount of $28,000.00.
Is anyone going to say "faire

if I said it incorrectly, as I am not a student of french, but I thought that a
different language might be appropriate to get the message across. I am not
hearing anyone speaking English, saying, "I
have made a mistake!", because apparently on one has and the law, as
stated, has no effect!
